2020 is the first model year of the Gladiator (JT). From the cab forward it shares most of its parts with the Wrangler JL; behind the cab it gets a longer frame, a 137.3-inch wheelbase and a 5-foot steel bed. The doors, top and windshield come off just like on the Wrangler, so the door harness connectors and the windshield frame procedures are in the manual too.
Every 2020 truck has the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, with either the 6-speed manual or the 8-speed automatic. The 3.0 EcoDiesel only arrived for 2021, so a 2020 manual has no diesel sections to wade through. All trims use a Dana 44 rear axle; the Rubicon adds a Dana 44 up front, electric lockers and a disconnecting front sway bar.
