If you are buying a used 2023 Gladiator, it is worth knowing it sits at the end of the original JT design: the grille, the infotainment and the airbag layout all changed for 2024, so a 2024 manual does not match a 2023 truck in those areas. Mechanically it is the same truck as 2021–2022: the 3.6 V6 with the 6-speed manual or 8-speed automatic, or the EcoDiesel with the 8-speed automatic only.
