2020 added the 3.0 EcoDiesel to the Wrangler for the first time. Diesel Wranglers use the 8-speed automatic and bring their own systems: the diesel particulate filter, DEF injection, the EGR cooler and glow plugs. Gas Wranglers carry over from 2019 with the 3.6 V6 and the 2.0 turbo.
